OUR STORY My name is Amanda and I have been working out with Terri 2-3 sessions per week since May 2008. I contacted her because I wanted my body to be more toned. I have noticed substantial results in the last 5 months. Overall, my body has tightened everywhere. I have found muscles that I didn’t know existed. Terri keeps her workouts different and interesting. She always tests my strength and pushes my body to limits that I didn’t even know I had. Besides all the hard work, we have a lot of fun. I have realized through her training that working out is a very important part of life to ensure that you stay healthy. I have not reached my goals but I know that I can only achieve what I put in. What you do in the off time is just as important as what you do when you walk in the gym. I love working out with Terri. Her positive attitude and her own lifestyle choices of health eating and exercise are a great inspiration to anyone who works with her. ALONE WE CAN DO SO LITTLE; TOGETHER WE CAN DO SO MUCH!

(Nikki) Its been great working out with Terri! I have seen a tremendous change in my attitude, health, eating & clothes size. My energy has increased 100% since our 1st class in May. Terri's workouts are challenging, yet exciting! She pushes us through our limits and introduces us to a new variety of exercises each time we meet. I have awesome, defined muscles in places that I never knew I had.
To date: Amanda has lost 5.7% bodyfat and Nikki has lost 3.2% bodyfat!
